Financing Sonoma Academy

Because SA is committed to attracting a talented and diverse group of students, tuition is based on individual family circumstances. Some families pay less than $8,000. Others pay between $12,000 to $18,000. Still others pay the full tuition of $28,500.  

We have provided a few examples of current families and their tuition costs as a guide. To get an estimate of what your family would be expected to pay, talk to someone in our admissions or business office. If you provide them with your income level, estimate of assets, and family size, they can give you a rough idea of your tuition level. Of course, this is not a guarantee.

The first step in this process is to apply for admission to Sonoma Academy. Admission applications are due January 15, 2009. If you let us know that you would like to apply for individualized tuition, we will then walk you through the process.

There are also other ways to finance tuition, if the cost still seems too much of a stretch for your family. These loan programs specialize in loans for secondary education.
